A few weeks back WeBetaInfo found this feature. Now it's official and the head of WhatsApp has tweeted "We've added the option to undo 'Delete for me' for those times when you mean to delete for everyone but accidentally deleted for just yourself."
It will be helpful in situations when you want to delete a message for everyone but accidentally selected 'Delete for myself.' When you erase a message for yourself after the rollout, you'll see a menu with an undo button. The feature will be available for all users of Android, IOS, and WhatsApp web in the latest versions.
